BATTERSEA KITCHEN
Clean lines, un-fussy furniture and a sense of symmetry are central to this understated, yet striking, dark Battersea kitchen design.
In this large open-plan kitchen, traditional meets contemporary as its bespoke shaker style-country cabinets and burnished brass handles are placed alongside sleek anthracite integrated Gaggenau appliances, as well as a fully integrated Miele Fridge Freezer and Dishwasher, Falmec built-in extractor and Quooker tap, which offer the very best in modern convenience for the kitchen.
‘Sinner’ from Mylands was the colour used to create the flat matte grey-black finish of the shaker kitchen cabinets. These cabinets were also designed and fitted from floor to ceiling to achieve the minimalist look desired by the homeowner, while also preventing dust traps – resulting in a kitchen that’s both visually appealing and practical.
Grey Calacatta marble-effect worktops and grey porcelain floor tiles add even more practical style to this space. And, along with the oak interiors of the cabinets, add further aspects of light to contrast and complement the deep charcoal finish of this classic hand-painted kitchen.
