KITCHENS IN PUTNEY

This beautiful kitchen was created for a family in Putney, London. When our clients approached us, they hoped for a renovation that would complement their sociable lifestyle, but would also be incredibly functional for day-to-day living. We were so thrilled to deliver a space that went above and beyond their expectations.

Packed with detail, contrasts and textures, this kitchen encapsulates the best of kitchen design with the client’s wants and needs at the forefront of the process.

Along the back wall of the kitchen, we crafted in-frame bespoke cabinetry with solid oak dovetailed drawer boxes, concealed hinges and soft close mechanisms from Blum. Hand-painted in Wimborne White by Farrow & Ball, these cabinets allow for state-of-the-art appliances to be integrated effortlessly into the space without creating unnecessary clutter. The statement double cabinet with handy internal drawers and a door rack is a key feature along this wall.

To contrast the light and bright cabinetry, we installed a spacious island, painted in Studio Green by Farrow & Ball. With glazed cupboards to the rear of the island, a Carrara Venato worktop, and a convenient bar seating area, this stylish island maximises the entertaining opportunities for our clients, whilst offering fantastic storage.

To the side of the kitchen, we installed a single tall pantry into the wall. This pantry offers internal drawers and shelving, beautifully surrounded by a simple framed architrave, creating a functional and unique breakfast area for our clients to enjoy every morning.

When it comes to kitchen design, we know that no detail goes unnoticed. Therefore, we complemented our cabinets with Sycamore bar handles and Kilburn knobs in Antique Brass by Corston. In addition, we installed Armac Martin latches to the rear of the island, adding that extra touch of bespoke luxury to the space.

Upon completion, whether our clients are hosting a dinner party or are simply having an intimate drink around the kitchen island, their new kitchen ensures whatever they do within the space, it will serve a purpose and look great doing so.
